I'm going to be in a wedding and wearing a stapless dress that shows of the calfs also in 30 days, so I'm thinking it would be good to focus on these areas as well as the abs, abs, abs!

How many times a week should I work out? and what exercizes and how many each etc?
gym has free weights, hydrallic machines and weight machines too...
I'd also consider buying those stretchy bands with the handles to do it when I travel, or want to train without going to the gym that day...
can i expect to see results in 30 days if I follow a plan??
