How many times a week should I do these? I walk 3-4 miles everyday as well as this, so how many calories roughly should I be eating?

Clap push ups
Pull ups (inside back)
4pm
Crunches & sit ups
Supermans
Lower abs exercise (dont know name)
Towell pull? (lie on front, tightly pull towell down from arms reach too chest)
7-8pm
Chin ups
Weighted Squats
Trap exercises (Drop n raise shoulders with dumblells)

That's too much in one day. I'd suggest you switch to a system that allows you to train your whole body in one session and can be done a few times a week.
This might be something you could do.
Squats, 2 sets 10 reps
Lunges, 2 sets 10 reps
Good mornings, 2 sets 10 reps
Pushups, 2 sets 10 reps
Bent over rows, 2 sets 10 reps
Shrugs, 2 sets 10 reps
Planks 30-45 seconds
You could then do this 3 times a week every other day.
As for the calories, what does your current eating look like? What times do you eat and what do you eat at those times?
