Another program making stupid promises for money as far as I am concerned! Save your money for something better like a membership to a gym or some equipment at home or for a new set of clothes when you do lose the weight.
Eat clean... lift weights 3x per week or do body weight exercises and do a cardio exercise 3x a week on opposite days of the weights and then one day off from exercise.
A program is not hard to develop for full body weight lifting or body weight exercises... Bossman has posted body weight programs on here in many of the forums....
If you need help with a weight or body weight program, one of us can help you!
diet...
4-6 meals a day
mornings should have fruit
afternoons and evenings veggies
protein every meal
limit starchy carbs to 1-2 servings per meal (15g of carb is one carb choice)
drink a minimum of 2 Liters of WATER a day (not pop, juice, coffee, tea, energy drinks, etc. and saying it counts as water)
Eat your fruits don't drink them
Make sure you have a couple of dairy choices a day as well
a simple breakdown of diet could be
40% protein
30% Carb
30% Fat (more healthy fats than anything)
if you are thinking of suppliments... (These are all you really need!)
everyday multivitamin
everyday vitamin B100 complex
everyday vitamin D 1000 UI
Cheers
