frustration stems from someone telling ME that I need to lose weight and do more cardio and get more active, who herself sleeps until 10 am and sometimes even noon and the rest of the day, unless she has to go somewhere, either lays in bed or sits in the recliner surgically attached to her phone and laptop !! Apparently she believes that as long as she eats small meals and wears a frigging "fitbit" to track her steps, she's healthy.
About three months ago, she bragged about registering for a 5k. She even posted about it on her facebook and told everyone that she was going to do it and asked for everyone's support. She posted a "Body under construction" sign on her page and her status read "Let's go, time to get training !!" and said how she was starting this "Couch to 5K" training program. Well, the 5K is next month and the only training on the "couch to 5K" that iv'e seen her do is the couch portion !! Wait, not completely...she has been to the gym maybe twice, three times in as many months.
I train 5-6 days a week with powerlifting and power-walk a minimum of two miles a day and i workout twice a day, two days out of the week. YET....she'll pat ME on stomach and tell me how i "need to lose that" while SHE'S the heaviest she's ever been. To make matters even worse, she is always walking around the house with no clothes on and so i have to look at her gut hanging over and everything sagging !!
The real bonus here is that if i even mention HER weight or ask when SHE'S going to get back into the gym, she gets mad and shuts down.
Iv'e already decided that i'm dropping the body fat for ME because i want to be healthier and look great and let her keep ballooning up. Iv'e already lost around 4 inches in the last month or so
