I started woking out in June 2013 and FINALLY feel like I've found a program for busy lifestyle.
I gained too much weight when having kids .. and I let myself go for several years .. trying programs and only lasting a week or so before I gave up.
In May of this year I stumbled upon the FREE Bikini Body 90 Day challenge on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/BikiniBodyMommy) .. and for some reason this just clicked for me. I realized I am a person that needs constant change in routine if I am going to stick with it. This program offers just that. I can do it from own home whenever I can sneak it in and only need a set of dumbbells!
I love that I can do whatever cardio I like. Gives me the opportunity to use all those DVD's that have been collecting dust, get out for a run, walk, or whatever I feel like.
Each day is anywhere from 10 minutes - 45 minutes of exercise with one day of rest a week. This was SO do-able for me.
Since June of 2013, I've lost 18 pounds and almost 30 inches on body. I feel like I've gained a sense of self confidence again. I can do this. I'm on second round of the challenge, on Day 23. I love that it's all laid out and I can mark accomplishments on calendar.
Anyone else out there have any experience with this challenge?
I'd love to swap suggestions, stories and nutrition tips with others that are .. or would potentially like to follow this program.
