should I use oxyshred?
I am 5'6 and weigh 124 pounds. I gained 4 pounds of muscle which I am very proud of myself. However I do have some stubborn fat that I would love to get rid of so I can reveal abs. This is what I currently look like http://www.flickr.com/photos/77895579@N03/9520333280/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I know it isn't a lot but I don't like it. So I know in order to gain muscle I must increase calorie intake but the problem I am having is that metabolism is slow. So would you think that oxyshred will help me in what I want to gain? I have used lipo 6 black, which made me feel light headed and gave me diarrhea. I stop taking it because I did not like the way I felt. So should I use oxyshred?

I've never heard of Oxyshred before, but I'm guessing it's a fat burner in which case avoid fat burners, thermogenic serums and appeatite suppressants, because they are all complete turd and either a waste of money, dangerous or just plain useless and anyone using then would have virtually no chance, of proving their effectiveness on they the individual after discontinuing their use, so these people believe the things worked, because it's better than admitting they may have wasted money on rubbish.

Those money making companies are a bunch of liars. When I was young I used LOTS of too good to be true suplaments ..Sure wish I could trade back the money for the benefits,They wouldn't like that trade..lolBoss Man wrote:I've never heard of Oxyshred before, but I'm guessing it's a fat burner in which case avoid fat burners, thermogenic serums and appeatite suppressants, because they are all complete turd and either a waste of money, dangerous or just plain useless and anyone using then would have virtually no chance, of proving their effectiveness on they the individual after discontinuing their use, so these people believe the things worked, because it's better than admitting they may have wasted money on rubbish.

Well some companies are not liars all the time. I wouldn't disparage a company making a good protein powder, with a few quality ingredients at a good purchase price, but if they made a fat burning supplement as well, I might take umbrage with them for that.
Some companies are not even that false, as some are very open and honest about how they function, but too many are ready to sell you perfection in the guise of "too good to be true", because whilst guilability and naivity strongly exist in a significant proportion of human beings, "too good to be true" products will make a profit, for anyone with enough brass neck to try making and selling them.
