Hey , i need your help...
I am a fatty and lazy girl ,i don't feel like going outside and maintaining exercises everyday , i prefer playing online to spend spare time.
After looking around in this forum ,i found that most of you r keeping a diet but this method doesn't make sense to me,cos i have no resistence against food!!So anyone can save me out?
i just found out a Magnetic Toe Rings online ,these rings stimulate the acupressure points on your big toe according to ancient Chinese medicine .It seems very convenient and useful ,but i still have some doubts about it ,did you ever try it out,is it really as functional as described?

I don't know any fit people who are lazy....Gimmics are designed to take your money and give you nothing in return. If you wanna be in shape you will have to work at it. I however have some good news for you. You can develop hard working habbits as you go. starting off with baby steps (lol) and increasing your drive and intensity as you go. why not try to cut one garbage habbit at a time. do an excersize you like... if you don't like any..... do one you don't hate. its not playingout....its called working out.im talking to wife right now who is working on her transformation.. she is suggesting you should start with something like arm weights or doing 30 squats at a time while watching tv...Im so proud of her. lol she dropped 14 lbs in the last 8 weeks.not a bad start. If you want it... you can do it!!

And i also have some doubts in that stuff, just to ask whether someone once used it before...

I would be skeptcial about that product, as it looks potentially like a hokey kind of product and does not appear to have any real science behind it and frankly it just looks like a crappy waste of money product to me.
