Bad Imbalance that I cant ...
I dont know what started this, but for some reason, right arm is a lot stronger than left arm. When I first started working out, right and left arm's were both equal in strength and size. Now, right arm is significantly stronger, and i dont know how to this. When i work both arms out at the same weight, left arm can handle the weight just as easy, but died out in half the reps. If i make both arms do the same amount of weight, reps, and sets, then the next day stronger arm is sore and left arm is the same way it was before. For the past 3 weeks i have been working left arm and not right, and it hasnt gotten stronger at all. I want to this problem so i can continue training both arms at the same pace.
continue training both arms at once with db's...for alls ets do as many reps as your weak arm allows and stop...there's no quick here...you need really hone in on making your left arm work as much as possible which will mean ultra strict technique and strong mind - muscle connection...in the mean time i would also unilateral back exercises too fior the same reason as above...just try and lift more wt each session...try 6 x 4 with ame wt each set and once all 24 reps are reached, increase 5% and work back up again
ive been trying that, its like left arm doesnt want to do anything. I can lift a pretty good amount of weight but it just dies out, and then no matter how much i work it, it doesnt grow, it like useless. i dont even feel pain in left arm when i work it more than right. I thought it was only left bicep that was bad, but left tricep is a lot worse. It could be that im a righty, but im not sure. Its almost like left arm hit a plateau...
