Minimal weight loss

Post by Visitor »

Hey everyone I have a question regarding weight loss. I weigh somewhere around 162 pounds and I'm about 6.2 feet tall, I do however have some excessive fat on thighs, stomach and chest. I am interested in a way to cut that fat without losing any muscle because then I would look like a skeleton :S After achieving a low fat status I'm interested in getting into some weight training for muscle mass. If someone has any tips and information please help. Thanks in advance :)

A simpel tactic.

Reduce your carb intake with every meal by 10g, then replace the carbs with fat, the body has an energy requirement carbs cannot fully provide, so fat should then hopefully compensate for that, as fat is a secondary energy source.

I wouldn't go below 30g carbs per meal and definitely not below 20g, as the body needs carbs for assisting brain function, providing energy, regulating bloodsugar and by stimulating insulin production, it means around 40% of your protein intake can be stored as energy.

Well, it looks like its your normal weight at your height, even a bit too low?
I would recommend to hit the gym, do cardio 3 times a week, find a good diet plan and hit your macronutrients.
