I have been doing Jari Love ripped 1000, and in between all the compound exercises is a minute of high intense cardio or some plyometrics. Her other videos do not have this, do you think this plan is effective of not?
well she says they are plyometrics they are: up downs with a step, side to sides with a step, football runs with a step, and in between the videos that down have minute intervals built in I was doing heel clicks and box jumps...is that too much?
