is white bread a source of simple or complex carbs?

white bread is ok in moderation but i would say eat mainly brown wholemeal bread, so i would guess its a simple carb although i may be wrong

doesn't matter don't have it, brown bread all the way if you even need that

Wholegrain is best. Better source of Fibre than Brown. Brown I don't think is a Wheat source. Wholegrain is only a problem for people with Coeliacs or any kind of Gluten intolerance, in which case Gluten free Bread is best, if Bread is consumed.

White Bread is not bad, just limit it or choose something better.

all bread is heavily processed so it's the best option if trying to lean down
