i have a party coming up and i want to lose about 10 pounds.The partys sept. 10 and and i wanted to know if i walk every day for 30 mins could i lose amount or close.Thanks for your time

Hey Chris,
I would recommend running/jogging to drop weight quickly. Add a sauna or steam bath to really sweat it out and drop excess weight. Make sure to do you running in the morning on an empty stomack along with a little black coffee (caffeine) to get you amped a little before starting the run.
