I started using Advocare products 3 and 1/2 months ago, I weighed 145, I was no small girl. I was a little bit skeptical about these products but I ended up buying the 24 Day challenge! To make a long story short during that 24 days I lose 10lbs and 2 inches off waist!!! (I even had some cheating days as well) I have been buying advocare supplements since awesome results!! I feel and look terrific! I am very pleased with results and honestly, I just wanted to pass a long testimony about these products. made me a believer!

Thank you for you review. But some of friends got it and it was terrible.. You have one post more than 6 months old.. I think its just spam.. and promoting. I would stay away from these products...
