How to lose STOMACH
I need some advice on how to get rid of stomach. I've been doing P90x for 3 months now and I've lost 50lbs all over body and stomach has dropped significantly. I went form 280lbs to 230lbs and from a size 46 waist to a size 38, however, I feel like I have to do something more to get rid of stomach...I'm not sure if I have to change the way I eat, because I think I eat very well. I don't eat BAD Carbs like flour, bread, rice or pasta. I also don't use sugar or artificial sweeteners and I stay away from fat, greasy or fried foods. I eat mostly green vegetables, fruits and the occasional baked potato/sweet potato. I was hoping to see more results in stomach. I'm not sure if I'm expecting too much or just being really hard on myself. Please help and give me some advice.

Pasta, Rice, Bread etc are not bad carbs, they're only an issue if the amout of carbs from them are consumed in frequent high amounts, nutritionally they're fine, so either mix them with lower glycemic carbs like vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, soybeans and other legumes etc, or limt their consumption or portion sizes.
You sound like you need more protein in your diet as well.
What foods do you eat and what times do you eat them? i'm trying to ascertain some kind of eating schedule / pattern.

This is eating schedule:
Breakfast(7am): Scramble eggs with 3 turkey bacon slices w black coffee or 2 fried eggs with 3 turkey sausage links with black coffee
Snack(11am): A handful of peanuts with a medium banana or a handful of penuts with a small apple or just a black coffee or a handful of pistachios
Lunch(1pm): chicken and vegatables with a small potato or sweet potato or a chicken salad
Snack(3pm): a fruit..apple or banana
Dinner:(7 to 7:30pm) meat with vegatables with corn or a small salad
I eat dinner so late because I get home from work at between 5 to 5:30pm and I do P90x for 1 hour sometimes 1 1/12 hour depending on which workout day it is.
