Hey everyone,
I just joined and thought I should say Hi and introduce myself.
name is Jack, I am 42, I have a wonderful wife and 3 great kids. We live on the Big Island of Hawaii where I am the Pastor of a non-denominational church.
About 6 months ago, I needed to lose some weight and strengthen core. So, I made some big dietary changes and I thought I would give jogging a try. Jogging was a struggle at first, but then I really started progressing and having fun. Now, I’m running 4 miles, 3 times a week. I have lost the weight I wanted and now I would like to build up muscle structure. I have been looking for a community where I can get advice and be involved… this looks like a great place.
