I'm drawing close to the point where I can apply all that I have learned towards building a body of Hollywoodean proportions. But I cannot, fer the life of me, for all that time and accumulated knowledge, rid myself of the last of abdominal fat.
It might not be much, but it is enough to obscure whatever sixpackity that might already or eventually lie beneath. Nearly six months of a constant daily 500 calorie deficit, following just about every piece of advice the webbed wide world has to offer on how to retain lean tissue while dropping weight (thus hopefully pushing body towards reducing stored fat instead), but no change in weight nor visible body mass (something that completely violates the calorie out - calorie in paradigm, the gravitional pull equivalent of nutritional science).
(And yea, I eat every third hour, control what I stuff face with carefully, avoid transfats and saturated fat, as well as quick carbs and sucrose, consume proteins based on body weight, eats small amounts of them healthy fatsies, go heavy on lean sources of protein and green veggies, etc, etc, in accordance with what little advice there is that nearly everybody agrees on, and with quite a lot of advice where opinions are perhaps not as univocal. I have the nutrition-diet-food thing down as pat as any combination of reasonably coherent and globally recurring theories will allow.)
The best advice is probably just to forget all about the abdominal area, eat lots and healthy and go all out on resistance training, crossfit and HIIT, and achieve an awesome body in spite of that little bermuda triangle of flab.
But you know I'm not going to do that

Might anyone here know of ways to achieve just that?
