Would anyone happen to know of any weight loss and fitness success stories that include a detailed walkthrough of the fat loss process?
(I'm at the end of a controlled but long and slow weight loss journey, 20 kilos in a year, but find it very hard to shed the last noticeable abdominal fat. Before I start to seriously resistance train and Tabata myself to near-unconsciousness every day, I'd like to ensure that the abdominal results will actually be perceptible through whatever fat is covering abs. Therefore, I'm looking for reports from people who have already succeeded at this, in order to compare and correlate methods and techniques, and hopefully learn to burn off those last visible reserves.)
