Wow you are already to 87! I love 87 degree days! :) I need to start doing more outdoor activities in the winter again. Like skiing or if i can get back into running the entire time and not run/walking next year that would help too with annoyance with winter. 6 to 10 inches in the cities is now predicted and isn't normal for twin cities weather at all for april!! we get snow sometimes around this time of year but usually not that many inches. It will melt fast though and it can be quite pretty at this time of the year but still. :)

It also can be dangerous at times still too. I heard once of a lady that went out in the morning when it was icy and she slipped and was killed in her car. A few hours later though it had warmed up and was beautiful out.

I think it was about 10 degrees for me, but I'm not 100% certain.

The country as a whole was beseiged by snow for several days, from when it landed, then went that slightly treacherous icy consistency and then took ages to melt away, as the temperatures were only mildly above freezing in the daytime and equal to or below at night.

Many places often see the a full melt in around 5-6 days, but it took 2 or nearly 3 times longer in many places, which I don't think is normal, but the late March / early April temperatures were batting a bit below par tis year.
