Okay, so here is workout plan.
Weight training five days a week. Never the same muscle 2-3 days in a row.
And sprinting 2-3 days a week before weight training.
Pre-workout meal: A good source of lean protein. Also, is there anything low prep. or no prep. that is high in protein? Is their something else I should be eating before or during a workout?
With a clean diet (which I'm slowly working on) is this workout plan good enough for a defined body low in body fat?

wts 4/week max doing lower, upper, lower, upper in that order on mon, tue, thu, sat
sprints 2/week doing 2 different sessions
1 - 10 x 50m with about 20secs walking rest
2 - 3 x 300m with 2 - 3mins rest
i would do these on wed and sun
take wed fri off
should be having some fruit beforehand as well...post full diet for a looksey
