how much strength training should i get....?

i want to loose body mass first and get lean muscle and divine. how much should i do? i alredy workout and have been for 5 years but i want to achieve better goals...and look more bettter and be more confident. im not confident that much at all. i dont know why.. i want to gain that confident up by reaching this goal. like i work at a gym so i can find time working out netime. so ne rountine would be good right now. how much weight should i do for upper body ive been using 10lbs i pry should go uo to 15lbs or something to loose body fat and get lean muscle and divine...right?? i never know how much cardio i should do and how often.. i might be doing much...

post your full training and food program that you've just come off or are actually following now and i'll take a look at it...your a chick, yes???

Just curious, have you been lifting the same amount of weights for 5 years??
