how long have you been training for? what are your training goals? diet will need to be perfect for it

Well i just started and brother told me to do it and he's huge, goal is to add about 20lbs of muscle, but i am afriad in using 10x10 b/c of chance of overtraining.

just stick to the basics...learn to squat and deadlift and add rows, bench presses, pull ups/downs and lunges

Reminds me of German Volume Training, which a fairly good program to increase muscle mass. Can be researched on bodybuilding.com or similar sites.

the actual German Volume Program is extremely unbalanced and if charles was to present it now it would be different with plenty more external rotation movements
