I am trying to lose weight, so I'm watching what I eat and trying to exercise more. But it seems that weight is doing the yoyo thing, here is what weight looks like for the last week:
March 2 - 138.7
March 1 - 136.2
Feb 28 - 136.9
Feb 27 - 137.4
Feb 26 - 137.2
Fab 25 - 139.1
Feb 24 - 138.4
Feb 23 - 139.2
Feb 22 -138.2
Feb 21 - 140.2
So what am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You're weighing too much that's the problem.
Your weight will fluctuate every day based on things like food and drink intake and retained waste weight.
The fact is in the space of a week it's gone down, by 1.5lbs, so I can't see anything wrong at all
.
However i'd suggest you weigh first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach and after a toilet trip and limit to once a week only on the same day of the week for consistency purposes.

I agree with Boss Man! You are weighing yourself way to much. I step on the scale about every 30 days. There are better indicators of your progress then the scale. How do you clothes feel? How is your energy level? etc.
Don't get caught up on what the scale says, because sometimes the scale does more harm then good. It causes extra stress and you need to look at what success you have had. I stayed about the same weight for a month, but was able to fit into another pant and shirt size smaller. Just keep that in mind
