one year Transformation - 17,5 kgs gained -

Post by matheus23 »

Hey yo bros , how you doin' ? I'm new here.. I'm Brazilian.
transformation,13months of training and 17 years old. I've gained 17,5 kg ( 38,5 lbs) during this 13 months. I'm on Bulking now, that's why I'm not that ripped as I used to :( haha

On the beginning, many people said to me: "you can't do it". They used to say that I wouldn't even continue on the gym after the 3rd month... and that even if I keep it up I wouldn't get fit, in a good shape because I'm Ectomorth. Unbelievers.
But one of the best thing in life is to do something that people say you can't do. This is the beginning of a long journey that will require complete dedication and effort. I know it and I'm willing to do it!
Fight for your dreams and NEVER give up of them!

This is the video that show evolution

Not bad indeed man.

The one thing to be careful of with any manuracturer of products like VipX, is that many products can be expensive, hyped up, full of ingredients that you don't understand and potentially they may come in poor amounts that you don't realise are poor amounts, if you don't know anything about them.

These products may possible increase long-term side effect risk to organs, or cause issue if you regularly consume caffeine, alcohol, or medications.

The marketing, fancy labels, names, "proprietry blends" etc should be overlooked and you should save your hard earned money and stick to the sort of things that will get you mass, but cost less and only have 5-6 ingredients or less.

Good ingredients like protein, obviously, Maltodextrin, or waxy maize starch for carbs, perhaps a bit of Creatine and / or HMB, Glutamine and BCAA's and maybe something like Arginine.

If you use common sense on supplements and a good diet and training regime, you'll get what you want in time, with more money to spare :).
