What food choices do you currently eat and what times do you eat them?

i generally eat cheerios with 2% milk at about 7:20 am and then around 11 am i eat a large salad with ranch dressing and shredded cheese. For dinner around 7 pm i generally eat chicken with a side of corn or green beans.

(Add some protein to this like eggs, chicken, beef, turkey, ham etc)

(Add something around 9AM, like some low fat cheese, peanuts, nuts, microwave soup, beans or rice, tofu, celery sticks, yoghurt, chicken, turkey, ham and beef from a packet, or pre-cooked chicken or eggs, raw carrot, oat granolas, flaxseeds, fruit and savoury fruits like tomato and cucumber. Some of these can be whole snack choices and some combine to make whole choices, but you have enough variation there to be getting on with.)

11 am i eat a large salad with ranch dressing and shredded cheese.

(that seems okay)

(Around 1-2PM and 4-5PM, copy the suggestions for 9AM)

For dinner around 7 pm i generally eat chicken with a side of corn or green beans.

I'd politely suggets you follow the suggestions I made on the "bossman method" thread :). There's really no need to consume 3 shakes a day with three squares and potentially you're incurring undernourishment from vitamin / mineral consumption, which could cause issues, not least with thinning bones, (osteopenia), unless you were snarfing the expensive hyped up ones, with herbs, vitamins and minerals whacked in the mix and i wouldn't reccomend them for muscle building, as they're not necessary compared to normal ones.
