Are these nutritional values ok?

Post by Fdsa »

I'm a 20 year-old exercising 4-5 times a week, just over 6 feet in height, just over 160 pounds.

2428 kcal,
164.5 protein
300 carbs
36 of which sugars
55.3 fat
13.7 of which saturates
33.3 fibre
2.32 salt

Don't want to gain much weight, just a little bit, I'm spreading it quite evenly across 6 meals a day.

Thanks,
Fdsa

Ok, but will this kind of routine get me a six pack?

been following it for 2 weeks and to great surprise am already seeing a small improvement (comparing pictures), shall I stick to it or does it need improving?

Thanks

If you are seeing improvement, then stick with it. Never change something like that when it's working, or you might do something that doesn't work as well, causes no improvement at all, or even cause reversal of some or all results already achieved, possibly to the point where you end up physically worse off than when you started.
