Ii want a flat stomach. Ii want to b happy with me. Help me

Ii'm 21yrs old and a mom of two. Ii dont feel pretty or sexy. Ii'm not fat in a way. Ii just hate stomach. Iits not tight and where before there used to b abs there now is this little bump in a way. Ii wanna have it kinda tight. Ii just want to b able to look in the mirror and love myself. Ii wanna feel pretty. Ii wanna feel sexy. Ii miss me. Ii miss being happy. Ii dont know what to do to workout. Ii dont wanna loose butt, legs. Ii dont wanna b crazy skinny. Ii just want stomach to b what Ii know it kan be. Please help me. Ii want to do a workout before girls wake up in the morning that will be efficient and make me sexy again. Something that Ii kan wake up and do before girls do and do the work. Please help me! Please Ii beg uu!!! Ii wanna b happy with me.

This is something I'e posted several times before. It's bodyweighted stuff so it requires no equipment and it should take less than 30 minutes.

Squats, 2 sets 10 reps.

Lunges, 2 sets 10 reps.

Good Mornings, 2 sets 10 reps.

Vertical Flyes, 2 sets 10 reps.

Bent over Rows, 2 sets 10 reps.

Shrugs, 2 sets 10 reps.

Planks, 45-60 seconds.

Do this 3 times a week, every other day.

those are great suggestions. to add to what was suggested, notice that the emphasis is on the leg and back muscles instead of the abs. That is because the working out your abdominal muscles strengthens them, but does not burn fat from on top of them. The muscle groups that burn the greatest number of Calories are the largest muscle groups (ie; Leg and back muscles).

Try using stomach binder especially when going to sleep at night. This is what I did after I gave birth and this has been routine for years.

Do something cardiowise everyday for an hr and your will tighten up as long as your diet is reasonable.

If you want to tone up then you would need to include resistance training as well as cardio and diet.

Resistance training: 3-4 times a week. Rep range 15-30 - light weight, just enough to feel but not struggle.

Cardio: 3-4 times a week - 20 walk - 3 times a week - high intense cardio e.g. rowing machine, skipping - 15-20 mins

Diet: Cut down on processed and junk food and add in raw food as snacks like raw carrots for example

The combination or Cardio, weight lifting and diet would give you the best results. As we get older our metabolism slows down that makes it easier to put on weight. When we were kids our metabolisms were much higher and we were active all the time.

We as adults often not active as kids need to make this up by exercise routines for an hour or so a day especially true to those who have an office job doing a lot of sitting all day. Since you are a woman your weight lifting does not need to be heavy but light and a high number of reps.

Half the time you can do lifting and resistance the other half a cardio workout. 30 min strength and 30 min cardio. But along with squats and lunges if you are able do leg extensions and leg curls. The more tone you are in muscle the more calories may be taken of. This would prevent your legs also from getting skinny. You don’t need a lot of weight with sit ups. But you need to do at least 10 more to get a good sit up workout. Do various of different kinds of sit ups. Doing this targets more ab muscles. Again this is more calorie taking off in each work out. Always do at least five or more sets of sit ups. It will help to keep your tummy tight. But its just as important to do your other exercises and dieting as well. You don’t need work out every day. I recommend every other day. Your body still needs rest for recovery take a day break in between. It also helps for a fresh start with more strength and energy. Working out every day kind of wears a person down. Yes if you don’t want an over sized tummy it will take some hard work to get it off. Some wish for a magic pill or other easier advice to lose this. But exercise and diet still prove to be the most effective healthy and safe way.

If you just want to target the little pooch area (I had that problem too), there are a couple of great ab exercises you can do. One is lay flat on floor and point your legs to the ceiling, straighten them as much as you can without straining. Then flex your feet. Raise your butt off the floor and stamp your feet towards the ceiling. You'll feel it right in that area if you are doing it right. It works! Another one you can do is called scissors - Lay down with one leg straight out and the other raised toward the ceiling (legs like open scissors). Keeping bottom leg slightly off floor, switch back and forth with a two second hold between each - they are killer, but they work. If you have back problems, you might have to modify those, but they are both great exercises. These are both great for toning that area if it's just loose .

If you are looking to actually get rid of fat, you need to do cardio - At least 10 minutes daily or 30 minutes 3 times a week (those are minimums). There's some great cardio workout suggestions here!

hey there! I came up with this beginner ab routine you can check out! remember doing ab work will build up your abs but it won't burn all the fat around your obdominal region, combine this ab routine with other strength training and cardio training! Good luck reaching your goals!!!
