so yesterday I bought a juicer, and decided to body. not sure as to how long I will do it for though. I have seen many go 60days. today was first day and I just drink juice and eat salads for lunch. I am surprised how energized I am by the end of the day. I never could cook the veggies bc of time and with going back to school next week I needed to do something. I am super excited to see how this goes. many people have stated how their skin even got better,. this is not something I will plan to do for the rest of life, the purpose is to clean out all the toxins and I will continue to have the juices with regular meals once I'm done. I will keep u posted with how I feel. if I notice any bad side affects obviously I'm smart enough to stop or at least start to add protein back in slowly. cross fingers I get the results I'm looking for.

Don't omit protein. If you do you could burn some muscle, then as muscle helsp to burn calories, less muscle helps to burn less calories, so it's counterproductive.
Juicing is fine, but if you are sacrificing protein intake to accomodate this, then I'd suggest a happy medium involving both

do u think adding whey protein to fruit smoothies would be ok during this time? I can start doing that.

You could do that yes, but be aware that taste enjoyment wouldn't be guaranteed

time for an update. over the holidays I had gained yearly weight and was at 236. well. I am now at 226! I have doing this juice reboot thing. its to ur body and help break ur habits. all u do is drink fresh juice and water. I can't get over how energized I feel and lighter and at work I am able to concentrate better. its crazy. I have not decoded how long I will go for but after u finish u have to slowly eat soild fruits and veggies with the juice. technically ur suppose to be vegan after but I can't. I will cut back on the massive intake. I've been meaning to watch those documentaires. i need to get around to it. congrats on the weight loss. how long again are you just with juice for a month? Just make sure to get enough calories!!

lol Yeap when it comes to the.move titles. to answer ur q, I'm not sure as to how long. probably until I hit goal weight but.still make juicing apart of life style. I found out one of co workers has done juicing for years. she's 60 and jaw dropped. I never would of guessed she loons amazing. she juices 5days a week and on weekends eats healthy meals. for weight loos as of yesterday I have gone down 11.2 pounds. today I had breakfast because I get up at 430 am to get ready for work. soon as I get out of work I go to school and don't get home until 1030 at nite! plus, on Thursdays I have. kickboxing class last so I'm not only having a long day but a workout too. sofar I haven't had any bad side affects but with being new to this I didn't want to allow any risk of over doing it. I want to make sure I have the energy and proper nutrition to get through such a strenuous day. Thursdays I will eat breakfast. I also double up the juice intake. I'm not going to bother going on the scale until Sunday because I know the body retains water weight after a hard workout to repair the muscles so I do.t feel down about the number o. the scale. I have already noticed a different in waist size. I took a pic and compared it to the last one I took when I finished weight loss class last yr. also, I am wearing a pair of pants that I could only (tightly) wear the first button up, now I can losely do all three!!!!

update on the lady who has done it at work. she actually approached me at work and congratulated me on juicing! she has been doing it for over ten years but she juices during the day and has dinner each nite. not the whole weekend thing like someone else told me. she said what got her stared Shaw when she quit smoking bc of a heart condition that went away bc of juicing. she said she gained weight the. her daughter told her to do juicing and she's been doing it ever since. she looks like she's in her 40s and she is 60! simply amazing!

how many calories do you know are you eating per day?? I think i would get hungry but it sounds like it's really working for you so that's great!! maybe i should try it too. to be honest calories are something I never pay attention to, whenever I tried I just ate more. lol but I am rarely hungry. that's always the first question. lol.
