Want fat loose from low intensity cardio exercises
I want to loose fat so I am taking a low carb diet. I heard that low intensity cardio exercises burns more calories from fat. I have not high energy. Should I go with low intensity cardio exercises or hiit or regular high intensity? I am taking 20-40 carbs in a day.

Re: Want fat loose from low intensity cardio exercises
What do you mean 20-40g Carbs per day? I'm assuming you mean grams.
I'd increase that to be honest, or you'll potentially have a lack of energy for workouts and may have a lack of carbs to feed the brain and stabilise blood sugar.
As for Cardio, slow stuff might work, but go for an interval setting on treadmill stuff and don't exceed 30 minutes at a time, you won't need to.
However things like HIIT will also work, but again, no need to go above 30 minutes at a time.

20 - 40 grams of carbs a day is not low carb it"s ultra-low carb. I wouldn't recommend staying this low for more that a few weeks. During this time if you eat enough fat you will go into ketosis. Low to moderate ketosis is safe for several weeks, but not beyond that, and high ketosis can put you in the hospital so you need to monitor with urine test strips. I would recommend that ater 2 -3 weeks you add 10 -20 grams of carbs every week until carbohydrate (this includes, vegetables, fruit, legumes, grains, sugars) make up 40% of your calories. If you put the bulk of these carbs into your breakfast and post workout meal (within an hour) you will continue to lose fat.
Like Boss Man said shorter higher intensity workouts are better, the result in more fat loss.
