Thank you for your time… Looking for advice. (supplements and fat loss )
I am a 31 yr old 5’6” and a weight of 155.8. I work out on avg of 5 days a week, 60min strength training and between 30-60min cardio. current caloric intake is between 1800-2200 a day avg, split up about 5 times a day. No red meat or pork during week days and alcohol consumption on the weekends. No carbs after 4, and over all I eat pretty well. I use 100whey protein post workout and amp assault pre work out formula as well for the past 2 months
After 6 months I’ve had progressive results in muscle mass, stamina etc. weight over those 6 months has been almost even throughout<, I still have more fat than I want which I can never seem to shed. In response I purchased another GNC product " Ripped vita pak program " as an effort to further tone muscle and to shed excess fat.. question is A is this product something that could actually maximize workouts and shed the last 10 pounds and if so is it safe to use in conjunction with the other supplements I am taking. or is there another product or another way to achieve this goal. Because frankly the cost is high..Thank you
