hey guys, on pics you can see I've made some progress, but now I cant seem to go anywhere from here! I'm at 173 10.7% bf trying to get to 7 or 8% bf. I do HIIT and strength training and I THINK I'm eating right. Ill put up a link to a 5day general thing of what I do. (from December 10th to 14th)

this report is 100% accurate and very very specific so hopefully it works wonders in showing what I'm doing wrong.
How to take it to a new level?

I'd say trim some Carbs down and replace with fat.
Perhaps with Breakfast, have 1/4 cup oats not half and then perhaps have another cup of Almond milk and the reduce one of the fruit portions to half and increase you calories back up, by adding some powdered flax to your oatmeal.
This might be an option for more fat.
Alternatively if you don't want Flax, try Nuts instead and then maybe reduce your Protein shake consumption to 1.5 scoops and replace the half a scoop with a couple of scrambled Eggs, to cut carbs and increase good fat, if the Eggs contain Omega 3.
There's some idead to reduce Carb and increase fat intake at Breakfast, so you try to more or less maintain calories at the same time.

alright thanks boss man! I'm going to do this by adding nuts, cutting brown rice and fruit while maintaining calories.

That's okay. I eat 2 bowls of cereal a day and wouldn't have it any other way

Just continue what you are doing. You will eventually be more progressive as well.
