I have had a pot since even before I was slightly overweight. I am now only about 20 pounds over weight.
So question is since I have had a bot even before I was overweight. It's not just weight it's something else too.
How do I get rid of it?

Hello friend, name is Obesity Overload!
I run a blog called Obesity Overload.
We are here for those that are overweight and need help on how to lose weight!
Check out our blog to get some great tips, tricks, and information on losing weight.
The great thing is that you can hop right into this and begin losing weight.
Here is our blog, take a look and see what you think!
http://obesityoverload.blogspot.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
You have heard the saying, "Eat less calories, and exercise more to lose weight."
We take this to the next level.
We do compound exercises (exercises to burn more calories), and give you the foods to eat for a balanced, manageable diet where you don't starve!
Hope this helps!

Alternatively he could ask about what he wants to discuss here, where everyone can potentially contribute and learn
.
It could be genetics, but diet will play some part in it no doubt.
What foods do you eat and what times do you eat?

Boss Man I agree!
He can definitely do that!

Re: Pot
What's is your pot like? Is it flabby, jiggly, fatty tissue? If so then your body may just be programmed to store fat in your . It sucks and it means you have to work harder for a flat stomach than others but there's not much you can do besides burning more fat. Stress is also a contributing factor so get plenty of sleep.
If your pot is somewhat firm but protruding and you feel like most of the volume is from beneath your muscles then it could be gastrointestinal. If you've been living with a gastrointestinal issue for most of your life it can be hard to tell because you have no frame of reference. Try a probiotic and more fiber and see how you feel. If your system is way out of whack then adding fiber and probiotics might cause some initial discomfort and gas but stick with it a couple weeks until you adjust. It might also be worth it to see a nutritionist and find out if you have any food sensitivities or allergies that you weren't aware of. And tightening your core won't hurt either way.
And some healthy people can have a very toned but still slightly rounded midsection. It's just their shape, and I think it looks just fine.
