New to this forum and actually new to forums. In here to gain info and more knowledge on everything fitness. Since I'm here, maybe someone can help me with this one. I've been diagnosed with shoulder impingement in both shoulders which really limits me in workouts I can do. Anyone else with tis problem?

What's your range of motion like?
Can you get lateral movement of the arms up to 90 degrees, or is it not even that good?
