Ok, so kinda embarrassing but, im 18 years old , pretty good shape, just lost 80 pounds since last november, the only problem now is i cannot lose man boobs... Ive been going to the gym 4-5 time a week for about 5 months , doing chest, back, arms, shoulders 2x a week, and running 3x a week, i do high intensity interval training for cardio... I eat about 1600 calories a day, its just really frustrating not being able to lose them, i dont know if im doing any thing wrong, or if i can do something that will help to lose moobs but if anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly apprecriated.

Just like you, I can't lose love handles. I have been going to the gym and eating right for a long time. It's frustrating, I know. Let's see what the pros have to say about this!

It depends on how severe they are and whether you were overweight for a significant amount of time i.e. your skin might have stretched.
5 months is not a particularly long time so i would advise just keeping up with your training (1600 calories seems like not a lot!) and look to try and develop. Eventually your man boobs should be replaced by pectorals although this is going to be hard on 1600 calories a day. Depends on what your weight is now, body fat percentage and your overall goal for training (i,.e. muscles building, athleticism, fat loss, etc).

You would be wise to bump up your calories. Weightlifting on 1,600 a day isn't good, because sedentary males need around 2,000 calories a day, so undereating somewhat may be stunting your bodies ability to change and progress.
I'd increase by around 900 a day and if you're eating 6 meals, that is equates to 150 per meal.
I'd say aim for approximately about a 33/33/33 split on the extra protein, carbs and fats and see how that works, because if you strengthen the muscles in general, an extra 1lb of muscle, burns an extra 45-50 calories per day, so that should hopefully shift those pesky "moobs".

Don't over restrict your calories needlessly or you will lower your metabolism. When you pinch your moobs are they solid with fat or are they saggy without much fullness? How much fat do you still have around the rest of your body? How you answer this should tell you if your moobs are fat or loose skin. 80 pounds is a lot of weight to lose and could lead to loose skin. Make sure you very your resistance training regularly to keep it challenging and to keep from plateauing.
