Lost 100 lbs, Now what?

Post by joskey17 »

Hi, I'm Joe..I'm 26. I recently lost 100 lbs and now I need to know what I should do with what I have left. I have problems with love handles, I cannot get rid of them. I have been going to the gym for about 2 months now lifting weights and doing cardio on the treadmill. I don't eat any junk food at all. Looking forward to learning lots from this forum. I attached a photo of myself, front & back for input. I would appreciate your thoughts, if I should gain weight, muscle or lose more? I have no idea. Thanks

I'm sure you'll get it sorted out soon and be able to prgress. I'ts only been 2 months right now, so obviously not much will have had chance to happen, but if you keep believing and be patient, you can do it.

Good luck :).

So do you think I'm doing ok? Do I look like I could lose more body fat or build more muscle? Do more cardio or more weights?

Stick at it the way you're doing it for now. You'e too early in the process to gauge if progress is coming along okay or more slowly then expected. After another 6-8 weeks reasses and then decide whether it's the quantity and intensity of cardio and or weights that needs altering.
