Hi
I want to ask about the weird behavior of body.
Whenever I gain the intake of food, thighs and hips become fatter and whenever I lose some weight, it will reduce from upper body part.
So, please suggest me some time to eat and the schedule for exercises. I am doing body building for about 2 years.
I want to gain mass on shoulders and make them long lasting in that condition

your "fat hot spots" are obviously your hips and thighs so intitial wt gain will go there...as most people do, you will lose from the upper body first, than legs than hot spots last...this is what makes consistency long term the most important factor in body composition...if you want to gain mass anywhere in your case delts, than you will need to eat more than you use meaning a little fat will come with it but increase calories slowly don't just increase 500 and hope no fat comes...start at 100 extra day and see if you gain fat and/or musckle...the point where tyou gain muscle and minimal fat is the where you want to stay mostly
