Hello Everyone,
name is Ben! Im 26 yrs old and a pretty chubby guy! Ive been pretty chubby for the past 10 yrs and it hasnt really bothered me much. Ive always been very easy to joke with about weight and have never took much offense or thought when people liked to poke fun. Ive always had projects and stuff to do that kept me busy that I never really focused on weight. Well I finished last project so I decided I want next project to be myself and start working on that.
Im doing a video series over the next 16 weeks documenting weight loss.
I started out just tracking what I was eating and portion control. Then I joined a gym at the beginning of this month and started working out everyday and sometimes twice a day! body feels amazing. I have so much more energy that I dont need to drink very much if any caffeine to get me going in the morning.

Here is the 3rd episode. We went on a family reunion to the inlaws this past weekend. It was hard to stay focused and strong with all the nieces and nephews snacking on sweets and junk all around me. Dinners were pretty hard too since they were doing quick and easy things like pizza and macaroni and cheese. wife and I did good though and stayed strong. I am down a few more pounds and lost some inches off chest, stomach, and waist. More to come! Please share with your friends, the views and comments really help keep me motivated! Thanks
