you know christina. I think for the 90 day challenge they are offering team weight loss at 125 a month?? Double check on that because i'm not sure. i have to double check on that amount myself and for all i know it could be different for different clubs. I thought i read that somewhere though yesterday. I know you have to buy it that weekend they are doing the weigh ins. and i'm not sure how many months you can buy. Just wanted to let you know that though. :D

Isn't it in canada? The problem here is that a lot of people drive suv's so it's costly. People with pickups they have to spend $100 dollars a week i bet at least!
It's not, really, no! I live in a small city though, so maybe there's less of a heavy-driving population that commutes from the surrounding suburbs and small towns every day, I don't know? Our car costs $50 to fill every 2 weeks, but I guess we don't really use it that much. It's $1.21 CAD a litre right now.

did it always use to be expensive in canada or was it recently? Our's use to be cheaper that is why there is so much complaining about it now. and a lot of people commute here. next car i'm getting is going to be a small car. i'm thinking a chevy cruise or a honda civic. I can't wait to burn less gas!! and save money that way. :)

I still haven't heard from the apartment but I am assuming its because of the weekend. I suspect it should be today. I have been thinking about what I should do. financially I can't affords lifetime because of the cost of class and the cost in gas. I have to say that I am not worried about it now. I have developed better earring habits that no longer feel like I am depriving myself of junk because I don't crave the junk lol. I will be able to control what food is brought into the house now and not worry about someone eating food. the trainers I had taught me a lot of moves that I can do without needing to use their equipment just some basic stuff like dumbbells which I already have. I do believe that going there and joining those classes where what I needed to learn how to go about it on own. I have the confidence and knowledge that lacked in the past. the only part that I will say sucks, is not having someone by side to make it fun. truth is, I don't need that to keep motivated anymore since I put in soo much hard work to get to where I am now, I won't let myself go back. it would just be a no e added bonus to have someone once in a while for the company. I think I will look online for a local 5k. this maybe the new thi.g for me. it will be food to take part and meet new people at the events as well.

sorry for the lack in posts recently.its been an emotional roller coaster. dates for move have changed, classes for college got messed up, work schedule changed...I haven't goine to the gym in two weeks. today I hope to go as pong as traffic allows it because I forgot to bring clothes with me. for the most part I allowed in more carbs than normal the last two weeks but maintained weight. I'm nervous because birth control changed which I hope ky body wo.t put on weight because of it. I just have to ride this out and see what happens.

I'll politely decline the apology, as I can't accept unneccesary apologies from a lady, because I consider it rude :).

I know you'll get things sorted. Incidentally as you mentioned the BC, I do know that BC is on type of medication that reacts to something in Grapefruit and it can cause increased oestrogen rise, which can elevate things like blood clot risk.

Just thought I'd mention that in case you liked Grapefruit.

I'm sure you'll be fine Christina. Keep on pushing and keep on believing and if you need anything don't hesitate to contact me and we'll work things through together.

Overall these past few months, you've been an absolute star and you've worked so hard for what you have achieved physically and you're getting even more beautiful by the week misses and I am so proud of you, because it's a different situation now to 2 years ago, when it was a stop, start love affair with good living.

So I know you've got the emotional tools and learned how to use them well, to be able to overcome this and progress.

GOOD LUCK and keep remembering, you ARE so worth it :).

well today after two weeks...i got back into exercising. i jogged two miles and it felt amazing. starting tomorrow new work schedule starts and i have to wake up at 430 am for work. then the following week i start school and go for three days a week. body will be undergoing some serious adjustment. as long as i stick to eating right everything will be ok. the last couple weeks the only thing i have really done was eat more carbs. i have stuck to eating 6 times a day, protein based, salads ect as usual. looks like food habits are slowing becoming natural to me now. that is a very good thing considering so many times in the past i have failed. i just keep reminding myself that change wont happen over nite, but progress will get me there. i hope to go to the gym tomorrow after work, but i don't know how body will be with me waking up an hour earlier than usual. we will see. i don't have this membership much longer and i want to get what i can out of it before i leave. its going to break heart when i do because the bond i created with the trainers there. i will keep posted on how things go this week. cross fingers it goes well. :)

You have come so far in the past few months and now you ARE ready to make this transition and continue to progress your physical state on your own if needs be.

You have finally gotten to a point, where what you want is real, tangible and you can feel it, because you know have more mind control. You can dictate how you workout and how you eat, without certain feelings you experienced before, putting you off, because you're emotionally and mentally stronger and also wiser now.

This does not mean however that you can get comfortable and presume you have total control and mastery of any thoughts, feelings and urges, that could negatively impact on your willingness to exercise and the food choices you make, because taking your eye off the ball could cause you to slip, but you've come on so much and you're such a different person compared to this time last year, because you have taken the good things about you, used them more wisely and made yourself a better person and by doing that the results ARE happening and you ARE getting the required elements of any weight loss aim sorted and consistently adhered to.

I am really proud of you and I know potentially more than most, how hard it's been sometimes and how emotionally challenging it's been and how there have been things that have made you question yourself, or even if you have what it takes, but now you are proving every week, that you ARE worth it and you CAN do it and what you are going through right now, is a transition period regards moving elsewhere and adjustment to new surroundings and schedules will take time, but I know you will not let these things interefere too much, with what is important for your wellbeing and with the right planning, execution and having plan B's, for occasional unforced deviations off plan(s), you CAN keep on top of what is needed; I truly and firmly believe this.

I wish you so much luck getting your move sorted out and settling in and as ever I wil be around if it gets a bit much, or turns out to be a harder adjustment than you thought, if you need to gripe, moan or vent, because you're a friend and I WILL try to stick by you throughout this journey and beyond, when I can, unless computer faults or nature dictate otherwise which hopefully won't happen.

Keep going and GOOD LUCK :). You deserve this and you've worked very hard, to get to this point where it's working out for you and I hope that continues because you're a terrific person who deserves a wonderful life :).

So chin up, be strong and no worries okay :).
