anyone to any good snacks that are high in protein that i could have in between the 6 meals, i dont really wanna buy protein bars, just something i can have before bedwith protein in. I also cant have protein shakes as they make bloodsugars way to high (im diabetic)
Try Low Fat Cheese off a Wedge. Good Protein, Calcium, and about 5g Fats per wedge.
You can then use a couple of slices of Whetabread, and make it into a Sandwich, which will give you about 25g Carbs from the Bread alone, and a tiny bit of extra Protein.
