Hey everyone, in a nutshell
I used to be pretty buff, kind of overweight, but then I made some stupid choices and buffness has pretty much completely disappeared. I don't really know what to do. I really need diet and exercise advice. Wish that I coould have someone else get me into shape, but of course that's not happening.
Here's stats:
Gender:
Age: 27
Height: 5'6
Weight: 185-190lbs
Body Fat: 31%
I can do about 15 pushups and 3 close-grip pull-ups. Maybe 4 but today I did the pushups and then the pull-ups immediately after.
Also, I'm poor, so pretty much have to eat when I can get.
Anyone that can help me get on the right track with some suggestions would be of great help...

I want to recommend bodyrock.tv - there are at-home workouts that you don't need equipment for, and cute girls to motivate you ; ) There's also a nutrition section, but I'm not sure what's there.

Hey buddy I feel your pain, I am in the same boat as you. What I have been doing is circuit training, combining strength exercises with cardio. This has really toned me up, losing body fat white maintaining lean muscle. I visited a website that has different circuit workouts. I was going to the gym with a trainer forever but nothing was working. A friend referred me to kbands and with their guidance on nutrition and the workout resistance bands, I am reaching that goal on 4th week of the 8 week course!! Here is the link to the fb page!

Hi I had the same problem .. I've had 120 kg and then I started to go the gym.. just do the normal diet. you don't need any supplements. Do your workouts that is it , its hard to lose fat and get muscles but its possible only thing you need i time... I went from 120 kg to 89. now its just muscle I needed 3 years for it. Don't loose your wait 2 fast bcs you can get a lot of loose skin, the skin needs 2 years get normal.
