these last few pounds are being really stuburn. I want to hit the 20pound loss so bad. in a previous post when I mentioned reward I'm am changing it. I am going to still cut hair but dye it too. I decided to really treat myself when I reach 40lost. I'm going to have a weekend at a hotel and spa. I have never done that before, and I think with all the hard work, that would be the perfect gift. also, I told a few of girls, that when the dat comes where I am content with jean size, I'm going on q road trip to mall of America and get an entire new wordrobe! I'm already putting money aside for this. its so exciting I can't wait!

so, I have been stuck going up and down at 224-226. today I decoded to bust out the food journal again. after I write in it for a week I will go over it with trainer if I am still stuck. see what he can suggest.

good news though, I realized I'm only 13pounds away now from where I was back in 2009. I'm getting closer! the closer I get, the more it will hit me that I'm really doing it! today, belt is even at the last hole. I will have to make new holes in order it wear when I loose more inches. its so exciting! got class tonite. I know it won't be outside since its 100degrees today. yuck. lol I have a feeling its going to be a long time before we get to go outside. bummer.

so i found the old paper work to compare time differances in the tri. i did with the stair master, bike, and treadmill. now, for the stair master i had only done 20floors before, so i had to do some math to really see the compared time. i took time and divided it by the amount of floors. i took that total and multiplied it by the 50 floors i had done on 4th of july, so i can see the difference better. here are the figures.

may 9th: July 4th:

1mile run : 16.01 min 1mile run: 12 min
50 floors: 17.75 min 50 floors: 15 min
5 mile bike: 18.42 min 5 mile bike: 6min
total: 52.18 min Total: 33min

That comes to an improvement of 19.18 mins!!!!!!!

That just blew mind how much I have improved over the last 3months! crazy! i know for a fact, that if i had to do 50 floors in stead of the 20 back then, time would of been a hell of a lot worse. i know i would of slowed down because i remember how hard it was the first time (not saying its easy now, but i remember how much more i struggled last time).

I just can't get over the time on the bike! that's just crazy! I think that was so bad, because it was the last out of the three and at the time, that was the most cardio induced work out i had in over a year.

I am so proud of you for that Christina, not least for that final bike section. To lose 12 minutes 42 off that time, is one heck of an improvement, considering it also meant you were doing 5 miles in 6 minutes, that's a difference of 3 minutes, 7 seconds per mile, versus 1 minutes 12 seconds per mile, a grand difference of 1 minute 55 seconds per mile shaved off.

Seriously, seriously impressed with you misses; that has seriously given me a warm feeling inside and as you say, you made this improvement happen in just 3 months.

I'm sending you a BIG PAT ON THE BACK, because I am probably nearly as blown away as you are.

This is what I always believed in. This is what I always thought was possible. That you could become this kind of person, who was consistently achieving, progressing and doing well; not stop starting, or stuttering a lot and now you're starting to become that rolemodel type of person, I thought you could one day become.

I KNOW this will continue to work out for you and I KNOW you can still do so much more. I want you to be so proud of yourself, because you are a 24 carat gold sweetheart and I am so happy that after all this time, the tears, crushed hopes and emotional flagellation, when it felt like it was all going wrong, it's finally going so well for you, because you deserve it.

You ROCK!!!

Food journaling is really smart. It makes a big difference, so I'm sure your trainer will be able to give you feedback that will help :) Keep up the great work, it seems like you're in a fantastic groove.

fitness is going good. its a really good circuit program. we mo e from machine to machine in 45sec rounds. he also throws in push ups, wall sits with the medicine ball, lunges, anything to add to the machines to change it up. the trainer I have too is really good. he makes it fun.

Good to know it's working out for you and going well :).

Keep us updated and keep on believing in yourself. I know you've had a difficult recent history, wrestling with certain factors in your life, that have seemed like agents of sabotage, but these past few months should be some of the proudest times you've ever had and some of the most educational life moments you've ever had and I've felt honoured to have followed this situation as it has unfolded and I know you CAN continue to play the long game and eventually bag the biggest prizes of all, which are a svelt figure and hopefully much longevity.

You deserve this, so keep going, chin up, be strong and GOOD LUCK :).

The money back guarantee means if she doesn't like it, she'll get money back, but she's not entirely sure how much, or what currency it will be be :P.
