How do I use the EFX machine so that thigh muscles dont "bulk up"? Do I focus on:
Moderate resistance/high inclination
or
High resistance/moderate inclination?
I want slimmer thighs and hope I'm not exercising the wrong way.

the resistance will be too low for muscle building...besides legs exercises are the best to do for both muscle gain and fat loss and you won't jst lose or gain on the legs, you do so from all over the body...try it and see i suppose...the low resistance will require to be on iy for long periods of time and isn't desireable in any situation
