I'm new to this site.
Anyway I'm 20 years old and I weigh around 240 pounds and 5'3. I'm also a female... I have been trying to lose weight almost all life. I don't know what's the problem. I don't eat like I should , but when I do I like to eat potatoes and broccoli & cheese , steak , chicken and so on. I don't like eating breakfast but I try to drink carnation instant breakfast with 2 % milk .People don't know I weigh the much because all fat is in stomach and arms. What's the best way I could lose 80 - 100 pounds ?

Get a more structured meal plan including a proper breakfast, then when you're able to stick to it properly for about 2-3 weeks incporparate some kind of sensible, proactive exercise.
We can help you to do that, if you can put the food choices you mentioned into some sort of daily structure, regarding what Lunch is, what Dinner is etc.
