Anyone know a good site or want to post a long blurb on compound excerises for all muscle groups?
I don't do full body workouts but when I target a certain area I want to do compound exercises, not isolation ones.
I know clean n' jerk is good primarily for shoulders but also hits chest, etc...
Hope that makes sense...

hams - any long stride lunge, stiff legged deadlift, snatch deadlifts
back - pull up and row variations
chest - any bench or push up variation
delts - any shoulder press variation, clean variations
bi's - chin variations
tri's - close grip bench / push up variations
