abs, biceps,.... knee problems ( can't do cardio)

Post by fniggaz »

I recently tore a knee ligament playing soccer. The doctor said i cant do activities such as jogging because knee needs resting. i have been workin out a couple of months now... since the soccer routine was cardio exercise... what new routine would you recommend for me to use to burn calories and show abs... you can see them in the mirror when i flex... but im worrying that all workout will go to waste since i cannot run anymore... what do you recommend?

the exercises that cause fat loss mainly are leg ones so you need to keep your food in order...your energy expenditure is going to be way less now so not as much food will be required...focus on more veggies and high fibre foods that will fill you up for longer

as for wts stick with multi joint exercises such as shoulder presses, bent / cable rows, chins / pulldowns, bench presses / push ups etc to keep calorie use as high as you can...depending on what movement you have with your knees i don't know if you can put wt on it or not which will make some of these hard but you can do seated versions if you have to

what can you do?
