Six Pack, bad balance exercises

Post by arandomguy »

Hi, I would like to get a sixpack and I started doing traditional crunches... but for a sixpack I read you have to do more exercises to train the other sides of the sixpack... I just have trouble with balance during a ... for example an obligue v-up, i'm not so good with balancing. Does anyone has here some easy balance exercises to train the sixpack? Or can I buy a bench or something to support myself. ,

thanks

There's plenty of exercises to train the Abs, like Planks, Roman Chairs, Reverse Crunches, Leg Raises, V-ups, etc.

To help with your balance you could try using some free weights while balancing on the Bosu ball.

I'm late to this but, start running. You can't just get a 6 pack from doing different ab workouts. I don't know what you look like, but if you have (sorry to say: fat) in your stomach, you need to trim that 1st. Then start on getting your 6-pack. This doesn't mean you can't do ab workouts. You should do them, in order to get a strong core.

It's also about diet as well obviously, but primarily aim for the strength, not the condition.
