Hello, I just stumbled across this forum while searching for some general info on health and fitness. I'm currently training for the Rock N Roll Half Marathon in July and the Chicago Half Marathon in September. I also do strength training 3 days a week and am really liking the changes that I'm seeing in body. So anyway, hi to everyone!

Good to have you on board. Anything you would like to ask, or would like to say to others, please feel free. We welcome the interaction of anyone, that is community centered and can potentially offer support to tohers too.
Good luck with your goals and whatever you do, keep on believing in yourself, because I think it's great you are taking positive steps to make your physical outlook better and I really think you ARE worth it, so chin up, be strong and be proud of yourself okay
