Have been excercising and cutting down since 09/02/12, have managed to lose 21 pounds, from 15 stone to 13 and a half, but nothing in the last 5 weeks. I have been veggie for 30 years. I cycle 20km, four days out of seven and do a little weight training. I would like to lose a further 8 pounds as I still have a bit of a and love handles. I am 54, , 5ft 11inches 190 pounds and can't do sit-ups, any advice.

Your workout regimen seems pretty sound. Congratulations on the weight loss so far! I have just the trick to help you. dad implemented this program and he lost 40lbs in 6 months! Message me for more details. Look forward to hearing from you.
