Hi, I'm new here thought it looked like a good site to get help on.
Anyway,
In the past 7 months I have lost 45lbs and feel and look a lot better. But, stomach still has fat or skin covering abs I'm not sure which it is or how to tell. ( pic is up)
How can I lose whatever it is? I have been running ~4miles a day 6 days a week with 1 rest day, cut out all soft drinks (I only drink water and green tea now), and only eat out about twice a month. Also, body fat % is currently at 11.4% not sure if that would help anyone answer or not.

Hey! You look great, and big congrats on your hard work!
Running will reduce the amount of body mass you have in general - both fat and muscle. If you want a chiseled midsection, you have to do strength training and build some muscle. This may convert to more pounds on the scale, but no one actually cares what they weigh, if their body fat percentage is down. Are you open to moving away from running and into more strength training?

Re: come a long way
Yeah I'm open to anything that doesn't kill me or take longer than an hour a day. Sounds like you might know a guide on this site or somewhere else I can look into? Haven't really got the navigation down on here yet so if I'm missing something in face sorry

Re: come a long way
I am brilliant at missing obvious resources that are right in face - don't worry, it's nothing like that!
Home resources for strength workouts:
- Shapefit exercise demo videos and message boards
- Crossfit.com Workout of the Day (free, posted daily, usually equipment involved)
- Bodyrock.tv (free, posted daily, usually no equipment involved)
Also, if you want to join a gym and get amazing results, check for a CrossFit gym in your area. There are 5 CrossFit gyms in Fort Worth. They're expensive, usually, but you can try a free workout at every single one, and get some ideas for home workouts if you want, too
Check the Affiliate section of the crossfit.com website to see the listing for all the CrossFit gyms in your area, and let me know what you think of it.

Depending on your levels of Carb intake, you could try this.
Take 10g Carbs out of each meal and replace the calories with the equivalent amount of fat.
You create a maintenance of calories more or less, but a deficeit of Carbs, which the body could then fulfill with fat.
However as the body uses Carbs to regulate blood sugar and fuel the Brain, I would suggest not going below 30g per meal.
You may find the best thing is to take out 5g from a meal, or even 0g, if you are around the 35-30g per meal mark approximately.
Depending on your water levels, if you're carrying a little more than necessary, you could find ways to reduce your Salt intake, though if your water levels below the dermal layer were reasonable, possibly consider drinking more water to try and get rid of bits of extra fat, depending on how much you drink currently.
Avoid diuretic or quick products, so don't use Caffeinated products, including things like Kola Nuts, Yerba Mate, Guarana based products, Caffeine pills when working out, or rubbish like Taraxtone, as examples, incase you accidentally encourage too much removal of water from the body, bearing in mind Nitrogen from Proteins converts ot Uric Acid and if too many Uric Acid Crystals collect around the joints you cna cause Gout which is very painful.
The body can use stored water to help flush it out, plus by cutting or abstaining from Caffeine, the Xanthines contained in a Methylxanthine like Caffeine, that could also be converted to U C, won't be when not consumed.
You may find something like Cayenne Pepper something to consider, as that has been shown to encourage thermic effects on the body and increase fat burning potential.
