cardio routine right now consist of a 4 mile walk with many inclines. I can tell that body has become use to just walking and I want to began jogging. What is the best way to began a jogging routine?? I don't want to push myself to hard and become too winded and dizzy.
Start jogging on a flat course. Use a route where it's pretty flat, and you have a fixed distance. Then change the course after a few weeks, to a slightly different one, that's a bit more undulating, and that should allow your Cardiovascular adaptation, to be improved upon to a higher level
start out running for 30secs and walking for 30secs...every session increase run 5secs keeping walk the same sp you jog 35 and walk 30...the next session decrease walking so you jog 35 and walk 25 and so on untill you can jog 10 - 15mins straight than we can do somrthing else
