Sixpack With a bit of fat?
Hello. I weight 152 pounds and height is 5 foot 9. I have a shaped body with a pritty visible sixpack. I dont have much fat But i have fat round lower ab. I am really scared to loose muscle mass while doing cardio cuz body type is ectomorph i guess. or not pure but mostly. What i want to know from your knowledge is : What should I do to loose the extra fat round lower ab area without HUrting muscles or having muscles breaked down. cuz i gain weight seldom! Thank you ! Im waiting for you to respond. desperate !

Low intensity cardio is what causes muscle breakdown. If you want to burn fat do high intensity interval training. You burn more fat, but still retain muscle mass and it's a lot shorter. Basically what you do is start with a little warmup, then go into high intensity, then short intensity, then high and so on...
a few options for you
1 - if really scared of losing muscle than up the cals a little and increase activity a little to "exercise it off"
2 - look at your diet that where fat comes from...protein and fruit in am and protein and veg in pm, lots of water...easy
3 - tredo was 1/2 right...if restricting carbs or cals than 1 HIIT session and 2 low int cardiio sessions are the way to go...if you increase your cals a little than you could probably do 2 HIIT and 1 low intensity cardio session
4 - i'd be more inclined to look at what wts your doing as most do too much cardio, not to little

last summer what worked for me was doing a high number of situps, 500-1000 every other night, at a fast rate. I remember I had extremely little fat on stomach, but not as developed muscles. Now i do crunches, and I have the strongest stomach ive ever had, but i have a small bit of fat. What i think im going to experiment on is trying both methods, to try to get it perfect. The only thing is, doing that many situps gets me too sweay
